Bollywood Director Sirish Kunder has asked a written apology from Director Anil Neupane, who alleged the former of copying his short film BOB’s plot.
According to Neupane, Kriti, based on love story of schizophrenic main lead, directed by Kunder is almost copied from BOB.
Neupane expressed his concerns via his Facebook status, stating about ‘resemblances’ between BOB and Kriti that garnered positive responses from viewers after being released online on Wednesday.

Responding to Neupane’s concerns, Kunder emailed Neupane warning him to take back allegations of plagiarism.

Neupane told Setopati that he was threatened to remove BOB from YouTube within three days and even asked to not post any comments in the social media about Kriti and Kunder.

Kriti, an 18- minute short movie, features Manoj Bajpayee, Radhika Apte and Neha Sharma. Neupane’s BOB, a 13-minute short film, was released online on May 22, 2016.
